Do you offer a full refund?

We do offer 100% refund for all undamaged items returned to us within 30 days. We don’t, however, reimburse for shipping expenses or pay the shipping costs for the returned items. 

How do I replace or return an item?
We’re happy to replace items or refund you if the item is not damaged and it is within our 30 days money back guarantee policy. Please email us for further instructions on how to send back the package. 

Do you ship to all countries?
Yes, we ship to all countries across the world.

What shipping methods to you offer and at what cost?
We send all packages either via registered mail or EMS. Registered mail may take up to 3 weeks while EMS usually takes about 7-10 days, depending on the country. We do not charge additional funds for registered mail, but do charge additional for EMS shipping. Please email us to find out the EMS cost for your country.

Can I track my order online?
Unfortunately you cannot track the packages sent via registered mail. We do offer the option to track packages sent via EMS.

How can I find out the price in my local currency?

Do you accept payment methods other than credit cards or PayPal?

How do I submit my ring size?

How do I know my ring size?
Please visit one of the local jewelry stores in your neighborhood and ask to size your finger.

Do pendants arrive with a necklace?
No. We do offer various necklaces, but they’re not included in the price outlined for the pendant.
